Project: Web-based geospatial database and mapping application for the development and effectiveness monitoring of avian predation management plans

Year: 2010 - 2017

Location: Western North America

Developed several products as part of this project, including (1) a cloud-based geospatial database, (2) a web-based mapping and visualization application, (3) a bird counting application used to estimate colony size for ground nesting colonial waterbirds, and (4) a color-band resighting website to assess survival, distribution, and dispersal of marked birds. This dataset was large, containing more than 2.5 million records.
